Key risks of any future investment
Loss of capital. Any future investment would involve early-stage, unquoted A Ordinary Shares in a private company, held through a nominee, and could result in the loss of all capital invested.
No market or exit. There is no guaranteed market, exit, redemption or dividend. Unquoted shares are illiquid and may be impossible to sell.
Early-stage execution. Tandem Compute Ltd is pre-trading and pre-revenue. Progress depends on sites, grid connections, equipment, customers, permissions, contracts and financing that are not yet secured.
Dilution and dependence. Future funding rounds may dilute shareholdings. The business depends on a small founding team.
Tax relief depends on you. tandemcompute is a qualifying pre-trading EIIS company and the round carries 50% relief on a self-certification basis. Relief is claimed by each investor and depends on meeting the individual investor conditions and the four-year holding period; it can be withdrawn if those are breached.
