Who we are
Tandem Compute Limited (“tandemcompute”, “we”) is the controller of the personal data collected through tandemcompute.ai. What we collect
Investor enquiries and EIIS registrations. First name, surname, email address, phone number (optional), investor type and the indicative amount you may consider. Shareholder applications collect the further details set out in that form.
Compute enquiries. Name, company, email and the details you give us about the workload you want to run, including any technical requirements, timing and current provider.
Host-site enquiries. Organisation, contact name, email, phone (optional), site location and the site details you choose to share.
General contact. Name, company, email and your message.
Website usage. With your consent, pages viewed, sections engaged with, buttons clicked, approximate location, device and browser, and the campaign or referrer that brought you here. We do not put your name, email or any other identifying detail into our analytics.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and take the steps you have asked us to take; to send the Information Memorandum and related investor material where you have registered for it; to assess whether a site is suitable for a compute pod; to understand which propositions visitors find useful so we can build the right service; and to measure which advertising works.
Legal bases
Taking steps at your request prior to any potential agreement or contract; our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business and in responding to business enquiries; and your consent for optional analytics and advertising cookies and for optional marketing updates, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting on our instructions: HubSpot (forms, contact management and email), Netlify (website hosting and form delivery), and, only with your consent, Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) and X Corp. (X Ads measurement).
We also share information with our professional advisers where necessary, including in connection with an EIIS investment. We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers process data outside the EEA; those transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and registration records are kept for the duration of the process they relate to and for as long as we may need them for the resulting business relationship, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. Investor records may be kept longer where company, tax or EIIS law requires it. Placeholder: specific retention periods are still to be agreed.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies run the site and cannot be switched off. Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) and Marketing cookies (Google Ads and X Ads) load only after you allow them. Nothing but necessary cookies loads until you choose.
You can change your choice at any time on the cookie settings page, reachable from the footer of every page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing; where processing relies on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Email privacy@tandemcompute.ai. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission, dataprotection.ie.
